Florida - Every active member of the State Bar must complete a minimum of 30 hours of accredited continuing legal education (CLE) over a three year period. Indiana Attorneys and judges are required to attend at least 6 hours of approved CLE per year and at least 36 hours of approved CLE per three-year cycle. Oregon - Every active member of the State Bar must complete a minimum of 45 hours of accredited continuing legal education (CLE) during each 3 year MCLE compliance period. Oregon attorneys can use CLE Club courses to earn 45 general credits over a compliance period of three calendar years, including the 6 hours of legal ethics and one hour of a lawyer’s statutory duty to report child abuse.
